painted feelings

Do you look at the beautiful morning/evening sky?
My good friend Beeshman who lives at Bahri Beautiful Country, a gated community at the base of Kodaikanal sent me a set of brilliant pictures and requested me to write a poem. Here it is as a personalisation of sun’s moods titled “painted feelings”.
Have a lovely day.

Cow-rageous

Distressed at the ugly twist of using surnames for shaming, I just could not fathom the new lows we stoop into. Felt very suffocated, but I did not want to be frustrated. To get over the feeling of sick, I wrote a limerick! “Cow-rageous” it is, what I think we should be all now.

my dear Gaia

Today morning was a blessing, greeted by a brilliance of pink and golden in the sky, an ephemeral moment that lasted just a few minutes. The right brain swathed by the glory tickled the left to string words into a poetic garland as an offering to celebrate a beautiful day. Here it is as “my dear Gaia”.
Sanghamitra Guha Also saw your post pictures of the ‘beautfiul today’. Hope this poem captures a bit of that. Enjoy!
