heaven sublime

Here is a poem “heaven sublime”, from my experience in the “Bliss in the Hills brevet” near Kalpetta. The poem happened today, inspired by my nephew Nishanth Iyengar who reached the highest point “Hoosier Pass” at 11539 ft in the TransAm race today (Leh is at 11562 ft, thank you Opendro for the facts). The bottle

Everyday when I walk my dog, I am irritated at the sight of many alcohol bottles strewn in my neighbourhood streets. Shapely and shiny, they seem to say Hi to me. Moving from soda to alcohol today, here is my take on ‘The bottle’ to inspire us to carry on undeterred despite being broken every day. Cheers!
