Do you know that the third hand of a clock (second hand really) can change you completely? Confined to bed with severely restricted movements in a brightly lit ICU with a wall clock opposite was life changing. The first day nothing moved including the hands of clock (no battery), on second day with new battery, magic happened. I was in sync with the second hand,  absolutely mindful, and body healed rapidly.   Versed as “Mindful” this is the fourth poem in the “Realisation” theme.
