In the basement
lifeless bodies
in honeycomb shelves
calmly waiting
to be buried.

On the top floor
tiny ones
in warm sacs
eagerly pushing
for their first breath.

In between
young and old
in clean beds
biding their time
to go home.

Circle of life
in
