During my cycle commute I noticed a blind man waiting to cross the wide section of Old Airport Road dear the Command Hospital. An app-based taxi ahead of me stopped close to him, the driver got out and helped the blind man cross the road. 

Yes, there are good drivers too in sillycon city.
