Amidst the busy humdrum of traffic live a family on the pavement. From the Hindi belt, here in Bangalore now to making a living, they make lovely plaster-of-paris artefacts that they sell on the pavement. As I cycle to work, I see their two young children playing on the pavement, happy and content. And the bunch of frustrated well-to-do guys in their air-conditioned cars a few feet away. 

Just another day in the sillycon city.
