Hindu Gods are many and the worship practices very many. Challenged in recent times in court, these are sadly debated are upon without possibly appreciating the customs rooted deeply in the rich diversity of ‘the many’ to discover ‘your’ personal God. A creative take on this as “YOU”, seeded by Sridhar Pabisetty who requested a poem on the controversy of women not being allowed in Sabarimala.

Dear Vamana
It is sad to see the beautiful God’s own country so wet. Did dear Vamana’s foot stepping from heaven to earth break the clouds? Pray to the young Boy to bring back peace to his own country.
Blissfully unaware
Do the little playful drops of water know the havoc they are causing? They seem to be “Blissfully unaware”. What do you think? — Oh, with this I reach my two century mark of amateur poems (yes, 200 poems). A labour of love that I have cherished very much commencing Dec 20, 2016.

Stadium runs are special, for they seem to get me to a state of zen many times doing the run. Here is my experience expressed creatively as a poem titled “stadium run”.

When you see the simple ordinary things for what it is, it is indeed extraordinary. I guess Sai Nellore triggered this with his posting of a Osho video today on this. I recollected one of Osho’s lectures that I had listened many many years ago on the same. When I went on my…

A zillion sounds barrage us everyday. Does it upset you or connect you to the centre? Here is a creative take on this as I connected to my centre in my today’s morning dog walk as “Everyday morning sounds”.
