Anchetty (Anchetty-1)

Last Saturday was the classic Anchetty 200KM brevet. A beautiful scenic ride with lovely climbs with an elevation gain of ~2000m. Brilliant weather, with cool wind cuddling you showering you with mild wetness and later rushing at you sidewards. Delighted to do this again after five years. A ride time of 9h 55h with nett time of 10h 59m spending at least 25 mins in the Hosur road traffic on the return.

Limericks on regression

THE LIGHT WITHIN

On Monday a friend of mine was educating us on radiotherapy in cancer treatment especially on challenges of irradiating the right spot in areas that are constantly moving, like lungs, abdomen. This triggered my muse fusing science and philosophy.

Hennur Bamboo Ultra

As I stepped in into my next year on earth, I became a member of the 100 miler club over the weekend by completing the 100 miler run (161KM, actually 162) in 32h 37m at Hennur Bamboo Ultra with my feet brother Nirav Patel!
